Did You know That Energy Drinks Cause A Heart Disease?

A new study has revlead the danger of drinking energy drinks on your heart.  According to the study there is a strong link between energy drinks such as Red Bull and other types, and increase rate of risk of  high blood pressure and heart disease.

Dr. James Kalus, senior manager of Patient Care Services at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan was involved in the study.

The study began with 15 health young adult volunteer, 7 women and 8 men with an age average 26 years old.  The volunteers stopped drinking or having other sources of caffeines two days before the study began.  They looked at the 15 volunteers  for a period of seven days while they were drinking Energy drinks.

The Results:

They found that the blood pressure and heart rate went up at every measurement after day one. Heart raised increased by 11% on day seven.

They also found that if a person drinks more than one can a day,  it can be even more dangarous on your heart and may cause the heart disease even faster.

Dr. Kalus advised those with high blood pressure and heart rate to “avoid these drinks” at all costs. They also should not be mixed with physical activity in any way.
