Chicago Is Building A New Wavy Tower In 2009

Probably Sears tower in Chicago is considered the tallest skyscraper there. But wait until you see the new Aqua tower, this tower is modeled after waves in the ocean. And it has an amazing views, solar shading, and contouring outdoor terraces. here are some of the towers features:
- Façade made of glass
- Undulating, asymmetrical balconies
- 55,000 square feet of retail and office space
- 210 hotel rooms
- 476 rental units
- 263 condo units
- 823 feet high
This tower will be completed in 2009 and it will cost $300 million.

not sure about the windows 2/3 of the way up BREAKS THE FLOW can someone let me know why?
