Dubai is not only leading in the world’s skyscraper race, but will also now lead in Super bridge engineering. They just received the approval from New York’s Fxfowle architects for its new mega-structure bridge that will be the world’s largest arch bridge. This bridge will have 12 lanes and over 2000 vesicle crossing it per hour in each direction. Engineers in Dubai already set the date for completion for 2012, and its hight will reach 670ft. Dubai’s super bridge will stand higher than the George Washington Bridge (604 ft.) but fall short of San Francisco’s existing Golden Gate Bridge (746 ft.).
