Feeling nervous and worry? caffeine could be the reason

Dr. Bernard Vittone said that there is nothing worse for anxiety than caffeine. Most of the people consume some amount of caffeine almost every day, coffee, chocolate, drinks such as colas or tea and medications like Excedrin. This makes them feeling tightening of muscles, worry, and nervousness, the reason of this is that caffeine affects neurotransmitters in the brain, which causes anxiety.
Caffeine is deceptive, says Dr. Vittone. When you drink a cup of coffee, for example, you’re likely to feel more vivacious for up to an hour. Two to 12 hours after that, caffeine’s anxiety-producing effects kick in. Because of this delayed reaction, people rarely connect anxiety to their morning java.
He also suggested to do a test by yourself, he said stop drinking coffee or any other source of caffeine for only two weeks, then drink a full cup of coffee after that and see how you feel. He said that you are more likely to feel worry, tired, and nervous. “I really advocate trying to cut out caffeine completely,” Dr. Vittone says. If that’s asking too much, then limit coffee, tea, or colas to one cup a day.
