Bernann McKinney a scriptwriter in Hollywood become very attached to her favorite dog “Booger” after chasing off a ferocious mastiff and saved her life. But unfortunately Booger passed away so she decided to pay over 50,000$ to clone him, not only one copy but five. A bio medicine company based in South Korea decided to handle the procedure, and it reduced the cost to fifty thousand dollars instead of 150,000 because what they called it the first successful commercial canine cloning service.
McKinney said she so happy with the new cloned dogs, and she is planning on training some of them as service dogs for the handicapped or elderly.
Ra Jeong-Chang the CEO of RNL Bio said that the company is working on future projects to clone camels and horse for Middle East sheikhs.
