Even though the world is still in economic challenges, private investors are considering building the world biggest and most expensive yacht in the world. These investors are saying that there are many people around the world who have a billion dollars to spare on a Yacht.

The future luxurious yacht is going to cost around 1 billion dollars, and it will take 5 years to build. The floating Yacht is about 656 feet in length ( about two football fields end-to-end).

Berkeley March, the genius behind the design told CNN that the Yacht will have a two-level cinema, helipad, drive-in-garage, a 100-foot swimming pool, a casino, a health spa and numerous bars and nightclubs.

The price might go up depending on the client’s request of additional features. March said.
