Solar-Powered Mobile Phone From Sharp

Sharp Co., is going to introduce its first solar-powered mobile phone this June 2009. According to the company 10 minutes in the sun will give you enough juice for about a minute of talk time, or two full hours of standby power.

Another great feature in this next generation of cellphones is that its 100% waterproof, but unfortunately the release is going to be only in Japan and there is no information yet on when they are going to release it in the United States.
