These are some natural ways to keep your heart healthy and prevent form future heart diseases.
1. Laugh and Laugh: A study by the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine in Baltimore found people who watch comedy shows have healthier hearts than people who watch drama shows or movies. The study leader Michael Miller, MD, director of the Center for Preventive Cardiology recommended at least 15 minutes of daily laughter.

Soy sauce: A daily dash of dark soy sauce (not light) in marinades, dipping sauces, salad dressing, or soups and stews can help fight heart-damaging substances linked to smoking, obesity, or diabetes, according to research from the National University of Singapore. The sauce has 10 times the antioxidants in wine, which is also heart-healthy (in moderation). But watch out: Soy sauces often have a ton of salt, which can raise blood pressure. Check labels for lower-salt versions.
6. Music: A group of researchers at University of Oxford said slow, meditative musical rhythms can lead to a healthy drop in heart rate, while faster rhythms speed up breathing and circulation.
7. Walking prevent heart attacks: The New England Journal of Medicine has previously reported that women who walk at least 5 hours a week may reduce their heart attack risk by fifty percent.
8. Garlic and Olive Oil: I know, Garlic smells horrible but what great benefits Garlic has to our heart. Garlic has a mild cholesterol-lowering effect and also keeps LDL from building up in the arteries and contributing to plaque. What about olive oil? Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats, which can lower LDL when they replace saturated fat in your diet.
9. Learn to Relax and Sleep Like a Baby: Why? The reason behind this is to lower your stress level, because stress is a risk factor contribute to heart diseases.
10. Eat more vegetables and fruits: Vegetables and fruits are good sources of vitamins and minerals; they are low in calories and rich in dietary fiber. Carrots, Broccoli, Oranges, Cayenne chili Pepper “In moderation” and Black beans are also health foods that every one should consider while cooking.
