6 Health Symptoms You Shouldn’t Ignore


Everybody get sick now and then right? and usually it goes away by taking some medicine or by its own. But there are symptoms that doctors advice people not to ignore when it occurs, and you should seek or contact your doctor immediately. 1.Persistent Headaches:

Almost every one gets headache now and then, and it usually fades away  within few hours or a day, but if you have an unfamiliar type of headache that’s persisted for three days or longer and associated with vomiting or visual changes, it could indicate an abnormality in or near the brain, such as blood colt. Seeking medical assistance is necessarily at this moment incase of further consequences.

2.Chest Pain:

Its important to get an ambulance when you have a chest pain, the reason because it might be a heart attack and every second counts. Cold and respiratory infections often result in inflammation of the cartilage next to the ribs, which can cause chest pain. Doctor Alpert said when you have a chest pain DONT panic, but do look into it.  A number of doctors also recommend that you take an aspirin to protect your heart from a blood clot while the ambulance is on its way.

3.Abdominal Pain:

Most of the abdominal pain is something can be easily cured, but if felt pain when you eat, it might mean gastritis “an inflamed stomach”, or a problem with the gallbladder or pancreas.

4.Bruising and Bleeding:

“if you develop spontaneous recurrent bruises in places that aren’t prone to being bumped, it could signify a disorder of blood clotting. It could also be because you’re taking medications that predispose you to bruising, such as warfarin, which is a blood thinner, or aspirin. ” Dr. alpert said.

5.Breathing Difficulty:

If you are having breathing problems it might be a cold, sinus problem or allergies that cause nasal congestion. Cold generally clear up on its own within a week, but if a sinus problem or allergies continue to distress you, you should call your doctor.

6.Sadness:

Are you sad because you broke up with your girl/boy friend? These feelings are normal component of human emotion and deserve attention and recognition, but not necessarily medical intervention. But here is the issue, if you feel sad or irritable most of the day for at least tow weeks, this the time to contact your doctor. Moreover, if you feel that you lost your interest in activities and pleasure you might be suffering from depression. then you need to speak with your doctor.

This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t speak with your doctor if yo have any other symptoms, health is the most single most important thing you have to take care of.
