You don’t feel that you are getting enough of sleep? You are not alone!!! There are many people feel the same way; they feel that they are not sleeping enough because it takes them a long time to sleep. Or they have sleeping problems. I personally don’t believe in Medicine to make you sleep, because eventually you will get addicted to it. 
So, I just collected few tips might help you sleep:
2. Don’t worry about not getting enough time to sleep: Try not to worry about how much you sleep. Such worrying can start a cycle of negative thoughts that contribute to a condition, known as “learned insomnia”. Learned insomnia occurs when you worry so much about whether or not you will be able to get adequate sleep, that the bedtime rituals and behavior actually trigger insomnia.
3. Don’t go to bed whenever you decide to sleep or its time to sleep. Wait and go to bed whenever you are feeling sleepy.
4. Taking a hot shower in winter and cold shower in summer will relax your body and help you sleep better and faster.
5. Having sex before you sleep produce happy chemicals and produce wellness.
8. If you still awake and cannot sleep, try to count numbers or read your holy book.
