Tooth in the eye repairs sight

Doctors and researchers nowadays are working on ways to use our own body parts to repair other damaged parts. The recent procedure is carried out by a team of doctors at the University of Miami to repair a patient’s cornea by using his won tooth. Other countries in Europe and Asia have already done it successfully.

The dentist removes the k-9 tooth and then takes part of that tooth and implant it on the top of the eye to help repair the damaged cornea.
