Green tea is well known to be great drink for your body and health. Some of the major benefits involve cancer, high cholesterol levels, cardiovascular disease, infection, and impaired immune function. But have you ever thought that it would slow down bone breakdown dramatically.

Thats what scientist at Ping Chung Leung of Institute of Chinese Medicine found out, they said that green tea boosted the activity of a key enzyme that promotes bone growth by up to 79 percent, and blocked the activity of a type of cell known as an osteoclast that breaks down or weakens bones

Green tea is my favorite drink, its my number one drink of all time. I have never tried the flavored ones, but they smell also good.
